This amazing vintage flight jacket was made by the iconic fashion company Ralph Lauren. This bomber style jacket is designed to resemble the G-1 military flight jackets worn by the US Navy, Marines, and Cost Guard. These jackets are often characterized by their fur collar, short lengths, and gathered waistbands. Bombers have been worn by the military for decades, but the style became particularly popular after the success of the 1986 film, Top Gun, starring Tom Cruise.

Unlike military issue flight jackets, which are made from leather, this jacket is made from a nice, thick cotton material. It also has down filling to help insulate against the cold. Like most G-1 jackets, this one also features a front zipper and two flapped pockets with snap closures.

Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. There's some discoloration on the interior, see pics.
