This is a rare 1970's vintage Halston black puckered elastic tube top. This strapless stretch top has unique elastic veins along the inside of the fabric that create a unique puckered effect on the reversed side. The top of the tube top has a thick elastic band to secure the bust. This is a great piece to wear underneath jackets or with skirts, pants or shorts. We estimate this would best fit a modern size 4/6.
